Clinic Policies

Deposit amounts:

• $50 for Aesthetician services (facials, peels, dermaplaning, microneedling)
• $100 for Aesthetic Treatments and Weight Management consultations

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours' notice) result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

We may request permission to take clinical photos for your medical record and potential use in marketing materials (website, social media, printed materials).

Your rights:

• Photography is optional—you can decline at any time
• If you consent, you may specify restrictions (e.g., "face only, no identifying features")
• You can revoke consent for marketing use at any time by contacting us in writing
• All images are stored securely and HIPAA-compliant
