    Membership Terms

    All memberships are billed monthly via auto-pay to a card on file. Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged. Membership benefits and pricing apply only while the membership is active and in good standing, and are valid for the enrolled client only. Discounts apply to full-priced services and retail and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, gift cards or special-event pricing.

    Tier-specific terms:

    • Essential Skin Membership – Month-to-month membership. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Unused treatments do not roll over.
    • Signature Skin Membership – 3-month minimum commitment. Includes one qualifying facial per month. Unused facial benefits may roll over for up to 1 additional month while membership is active (maximum of 1 banked treatment). Early cancellation before 3 months may result in forfeiture of banked treatments and/or reversal of discounts used.
    • Total Skin Renewal Membership – 6-month minimum commitment. Includes one facial per month plus microneedling treatments. Unused monthly treatments may roll over for up to 2 months while membership is active (maximum of 2 banked treatments). Early cancellation before 6 months may result in forfeiture of banked treatments and/or reversal of discounts used.
